AIA offers both through-hole and surface mount assembly.

AIA PC Boards

Allen Integrated Assemblies offers both through-hole and surface mount assembly, including Ball Grid Array assembly, of printed circuit boards.

We run both leaded and lead-free processes for both technologies.

As of 2007 we have three surface mount lines and are actively investigating a fourth.
Our latest Surface Mount line has the capability of placing 21,000 parts per hour and components as small as 0201 packaging with an accuracy of better than 1/1000 of an inch.

We have been successfully placing Ball Grid Arrays since 2002 and have the high resolution X-ray system needed for inspection.

Though it is the older technology we are one of the few CM's that continue to have automatic placement equipment for through-hole components such as axial leaded parts and DIP packages.
